Basically, Electronic Engineer, and did complete his M.S in Management and Implementation of Development Projects from IDPM, University of Manchester, also he did his Ph. D in Public administration (specialization in Renewable Energy: Policy Studies) from NIDA, Bangkok, Thailand.
